What happens next

You don’t have to diagnose the roof yourself.

Tell us what you’re seeing or what you’re planning. We'll inspect the roof and tell you whether a repair or replacement makes sense.

When we’ll reply

We answer weekday website requests the same day or within 24 hours. If you write on a weekend, you'll usually hear back Monday. We'll set the inspection or work date separately.

Looking at the roof

A ceiling stain or a missing shingle is a fine place to start. At the inspection, we'll find the problem and go over your options.

Inspection and estimate costs

You pay nothing for the inspection or estimate. A written inspection report has a fee only if you don't hire us for the work.

What to include

What to tell us about the property

Send the town, property type and what's going on with the roof or gutters. Photos are optional but help if they show the problem.

Describe what you see: a ceiling stain, missing shingles, repeated leaks, worn roofing or overflowing gutters. If you’re planning a replacement, tell us that too.

Rental properties

Tell us whether it's occupied or vacant and who to contact for access.

Business properties

Describe the roof problem and any access or scheduling restrictions around customers, tenants or staff.

Not sure what to write?

“My property is in ___. I’m concerned about ___. I first noticed it ___. Water is / is not coming in now.”

Before you reach out

Questions about getting in touch

What should I include when I text you?

Your town, the property type and what's wrong. Add a photo or two if you have them.

Should I call or text first?

Call first if water is coming in or you'd rather talk it through. Text or email when you want to send details about planned work on a home, rental or business property.

Can photos replace an inspection?

Not usually. Photos help us see a stain, missing shingles or damaged gutters, but we may still need to inspect to find the cause and recommend the work.
