Information collected

Information you provide. When you send a website request or contact Vera’s Roofing, we may collect your name, chosen contact method, email address or phone number, property address, property type, requested service, and message. The website form does not accept photo uploads. You may choose to share photos later by text, email, or another direct contact method.

Website and visit information. Google Analytics measures pages viewed, approximate visit time, referring website, campaign parameters such as UTM tags, interactions with call, text, email, or inspection-request buttons, browser and device information, and approximate location. Website inquiry delivery is separate from this measurement. The analytics events do not include the name, contact details, property address, or message entered in the request form.

We do not intentionally collect passwords, payment-card information, or precise device location. Address suggestions send the text you type to Google Maps before you submit the form. You may also enter an address manually.

How information is used

Address autocomplete uses Google Maps to suggest North Carolina addresses. Its use is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We do not send your name, contact details, or message to Google Maps for these suggestions.

  • Respond to roofing and gutter questions and inspection requests.
  • Prioritize active leaks, storm concerns, and time-sensitive property issues.
  • Prepare calls, photo reviews, inspections, estimates, and project follow-up.
  • Organize customer and service records when follow-up or completed work requires it.
  • Understand which pages, services, and referral sources lead to requests.
  • Protect the website and forms from spam, abuse, and technical problems.

The website form requires consent for Vera’s Roofing to contact you about the request you submit. That consent does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Vera’s Roofing uses Resend to deliver website requests to the business email inbox, Vercel for website hosting and security, Google Analytics for website measurement, and Google Maps for address suggestions. Google Maps receives the address text as you type; Resend receives the request details when you submit the form. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Vera’s Roofing does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transfer.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Vera’s Roofing by using the contact details below. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for an active request, completed work, dispute prevention, security, or a legal obligation.

You can limit or clear cookies using your browser controls. You can also use Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on where supported. You may contact us by phone or email instead of using the website request form.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including responding to inquiries, maintaining service and sales records, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Vera’s Roofing uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

This website is intended for adults seeking roofing or gutter services and is not directed to children under 13.
